Stacey Moultrie

Manager

Stacey Moultrie was born and raised in New Providence. Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marine Sciences and Fisheries from University of the West Indies, a Master of Marine Management from Dalhousie University, and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from University of Florida. She is a Member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management and a Chartered Scientist with the United Kingdom Science Council.

Stacey owns and manages HD Wells Professional Planning Services which helps local organizations fund work in protecting the environment as well as plan for conservation. She has written many grants, securing more than $47 Million for organizations through The Bahamas and the Caribbean, including Bahamian non-profits.

She is President of the non-profit, Smart and Strong Sisterhood (SASS) to support girls in pursuing careers in STEAM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math. She is also a founding member of Bahamas 350 Climate Action, a grassroots organization started by Bahamian scientists and activists to raise awareness about climate change and its impacts on The Bahamas.

Tiffany Bain

Tiffany started her post collegiate career development as a middle and high school paraprofessional, before completing a post graduate certificate in education and formally taking on the career trade of learning designer. As an education professional, she grew in her passion for equity and access to education, leaving St Andrew’s School where she served as the chair for Individuals and Society to start The Community School in 2012. During this period, she also became a teacher success coach for the Lyford Cay Foundation’s FOCUS Programme. At FOCUS she expanded in her role becoming the curriculum and then program coordinator.

Influenced by her work in out of school programming designed to support college readiness and access in underserved youth, Tiffany changed career paths from being a professional educator and entrepreneur, closing her school in 2018, to move to full time nonprofit work in equitable education and advocacy. She currently works as an education and program consultant, Lead for ORG Education, and an adjunct professor in Psychology at the University of The Bahamas.'

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Bethune-Cookman College, and a Postgraduate certificate in education, specializing in curriculum and pedagogy from the University of Southern Queensland, and a Masters of Science in Child, Youth and Family Studies with a youth development specialization from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Matthew Aubry

Executive Director

Matthew is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a graduate of the Hunter School of Social Work with more than 25 years’ experience leading dynamic teams at award-winning not-for-profit-organizations. He served as a Director at YAI Network, an international recognized disabilities agency and at Action Against Hunger, a renowned global humanitarian and hunger relief organization.

In The Bahamas, Matt was the Director of Community Relations and Partnerships for Baha Mar; overseeing the BELIEVE Foundation. Additionally, he has served as a consultant for REACH, Young Marine Explorers, The Seahorse Institute and the Ministry of Social Services. Over his career. he has worked on advocacy and social justice efforts in the United States, Jordan, India, Bangladesh, The Bahamas and The United Emirates. Matt is recognized with an expertise in fundraising, marketing, community organizing, corporate social responsibility and not for profit management.

K. Darron Turnquest
Counseling Psychologist | Motivational Speaker | Youth Development Specialist | Corporate Trainer/ Coach

Kyran “Darron” Turnquest is a Bahamian native celebrated for his distinct ability to inspire, motivate, cultivate and drive the change process.  An accomplished counseling psychologist, public speaker, youth development specialist, and corporate trainer, Mr. Turnquest has proven his ability to galvanize individuals, communities, institutions, and organizations to be the “change we want to see.”   

In 2005, Mr. Turnquest received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada and in 2007 he earned a M.A. in Psychology from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA. While pursuing his Master’s degree, Mr. Turnquest worked at numerous institutions for at-risk youth in Boston.

After completing his degree and work term in Massachusetts, Mr. Turnquest followed his dream of wanting to return to The Bahamas.  No stranger to hard work and with a strong commitment to service, upon his return home he served as Counseling Psychologist at the Bahamas Crisis Centre and as the Director of Residential Planning at The Bahamas Institute of Adolescent and Child Mental Health.  In 2007 Mr. Turnquest served in dual capacity as a psychologist and classroom teacher at St. Andrew’s School in Nassau. 

Today, Mr. Turnquest goal has always been to build the capacity of young Bahamians through strategic training platforms.  Today, he serves as a corporate trainer and coach to many major companies throughout the country.  Mr. Turnquest serves as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at The College of The Bahamas and has served as Clinical Director for Key Potential Counseling.  In 2011, he was appointed by the Bahamas Public Service Commission as the youngest person to serve as a Director and since August 2011 has served as Director of Youth within the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture.  Among these responsibilities, Mr. Turnquest was selected as the National Co-Chair for Volunteer Bahamas.  In 2012, Mr. Turnquest served as the Dean of the CARICOM Secretariat Technical Resource Network on Youth Affairs where he completed his term in 2019.  In September of 2017, Mr. Turnquest was promoted to the position of Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth, Sports & Culture. In April of this year Mr. Turnquest resigned his position with Government and how now joined the Executive of the Bahamas Telecommunications Corporation where he holds responsibility for Direct Sales, Sales Effectiveness & Residential Products. 

Mr. Turnquest recently earned his certification as an International Project Manager and is also certified as a Human Resource Analyst and Human Resource Manager (International Designations).  Most recently In 2019 Mr. Turnquest completed a series of certificate courses with the Caribbean Development Bank and the University of Wolverhampton

Leah Davis

Leah R. Davis is the CEO & Creative Director for Concepts Marketing Solutions, a boutique agency specializing in crafting integrated marketing communications strategies and branding solutions to meet unique business objectives. The firm also concentrates on public and media relations, event planning and management, branding and corporate communication.

Leah is an innovative and experienced communicator and marketeer with twenty years of diverse experiences including leading the marketing activities for a number of global brands in The Bahamas and Caribbean region. She has worked across varied industries including retail, financial services and food and beverage industries. Most recently, she directed the marketing for The Bahamas’ largest general insurance provider with responsibility for the company’s overall marketing communications strategy for The Bahamas and The Cayman Islands.

No stranger to the camera, Leah has garnered media and broadcast experience having hosted The Bahamas’ first morning show [email protected] and a video magazine featuring local events and personalities. A diverse résumé of experiences combined with strong strategic influencing and communications prowess has made Leah into a dynamic event host and brand ambassador.

With a personal passion for community development, over the years, Leah has developed and promoted signature events, creating memorable social occasions often benefitting local charities.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and an MBA from The University of The Bahamas and is most proud to be called Mummy by her two children, Israel and Imani.

Nathaniel Butler

With 13+ years’ experience in the financial services industry in various capacities such as estate planner, insurance agent, investment advisor, corporate services administrator and former tax officer.

Over the years he has enriched the financial health of individuals by providing results, direction and hope. Mr. Butler is the founder of Drewber Solutions a company whose mission is “Becoming the leading financial literacy education firm and financial planning service provider in the Caribbean by facilitating financial health and life education to everyone in every walk of life and their loved ones.”

Currently, Mr. Butler is the Executive Director of Creative Wealth Bahamas and the former Business Development Advisor with the Small Business Development Center. He has worked with a multitude of government branches, organizations, churches and corporate businesses alike.

He is married to the lovely Ashley Butler and last year April they welcomed their first child, a handsome baby boy named Andres
Nathan Butler. During his time off he loves to travel, exercise, celebrate life’s milestones and accomplishments with his loving family.
